General Gymnastics

Flying Angels Gymnastics Club’s General Gymnastics program focuses on Floor & Vault:

FLOOR is an excellent example of where sport meets art. Each gymnast executes precise strength and balance requirements mixed with technically demanding tumbling elements.

VAULT requires speed and strength down the runway, generating sufficient momentum to produce a high and long post-flight off the vault that is essential for completing the various skills. Once in the air, the gymnast then focuses on sticking a perfect landing.

The Flying Angels Gymnastics Club Cherubs Competitive Program features a fantastic professional team of General Gymnastics coaches. The program structure includes Transitional, Beginner, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced competitive program, with gymnasts placed in specific competitive levels. Gymnasts will get to compete in Regional and home competitions. With the opportunity of not only competitions as an individual but as a selected team in our InHouse competitions. Flying Angels Gymnastics Club has competitive program trials throughout each year. General Gymnastics Competitive gymnasts are also given the opportunity to trial for the Artistic Program throughout each year. Please contact the club for further information.
